Established as a YouTube channel. Evolved into something harder to replicate.
It started with a YouTube channel. Over a decade later, it’s become something a lot harder to replicate: a full operation built from the inside out, by people who actually grew channels, closed brand deals, and figured out what works at scale, before selling anything to anyone.
The 100 wasalwaysthere.

Before there was a company, there was a channel. MooseCraft: a YouTube brand built from nothing, with a secret hiding in plain sight. The original mark read M100SE, the number 1 drawn into the right side of the M, so the name carried a 100 inside it.
The founding slogan made the promise explicit: “MooseArmy, always keep it a 100.” Keep it real. A hundred percent. No excuses. Always pushing.
Back then, the 100 was aspirational. A promise about the standard, not a count of the channels. That came later.
Built for ourselvesfirst.
George Milli came up with the name and built the initial platform, then brought in Connor Leiser. Together, both laser-focused, both all-in, they scaled 100Media the only way they knew how: by being a Content Powerhouse themselves. Multiple channels. Multiple divisions. Whenever there was an opportunity, they took it.
They traded the 9-to-5 for a legitimate 24/7. Weekends, friendships, family time: all on the line.
This is not a resume flex. It is proof the system works. They did not advise other creators on what to do. They did it themselves, at scale, under real pressure.
Then the doorsopened.
With the proof of concept locked, 100Media opened to creators. Full channel builds from scratch. Production team management. Editing, scripting, planning, game implementation, brand deal handling. Taking channels from one or two videos a week to ten and beyond.
Not an agency that found creators along the way. A production company that built its own content empire first, then opened the machine to everyone else.
Today that operation runs six divisions, a roster of some of the internet’s most-watched channels, and partnerships with the biggest companies in the world. Every piece of it was built inside first, then offered outside.
We also white label: sourcing and building production teams for other production companies, creators, creative agencies, and talent management firms. The same machine, built for someone else’s roster.
If your creator stepped away for 90 days, would the channel grow, flatline, or die?
Most people pause here. Not because it is a hard question, but because they already know the answer. For nine out of ten channels, it dies. Because the channel is built on a person, not on a system.
A Content Powerhouse does not depend on one person. It runs. It compounds. It does not stop. That is what we built for ourselves, and it is what we build for creators and brands now.
