How we handle your data

What we collect
When you visit 100media.us, our analytics tool (PostHog) records standard, non-identifying interaction data: pages viewed, clicks, time on page, browser type, and approximate region (derived from IP, then discarded).
When you submit the contact form, we store the name, email, and short note you provide so we can respond. That data goes to our internal team only.
Cookies + session replay
If you accept cookies via the consent banner, we set first-party cookies that allow PostHog to associate repeat visits with the same anonymous session and to record session replays + heatmaps for UX research.
If you decline, no cookies are set, no session replay is captured, and PostHog is opted out of tracking entirely. A small in-memory pageview count may still register for the duration of your tab — it's wiped when you close the page.
You can change your choice anytime by clearing your browser's site data for 100media.us and reloading.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
- We don't share form submissions with anyone outside 100Media.
- We don't use your interaction data to build a profile that follows you across the web.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request” and we'll respond within 30 days.
California residents have the right to opt out of any sale of personal information under CCPA — we don't sell, but you can still send the opt-out request to the same email.
Vendors we use
- PostHog (analytics + session replay) — data hosted in the US, governed by posthog.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare (CDN + DDoS protection) — IP-level traffic only.
- Resend (transactional email, when contact form is wired) — processes the email you submit. Logs purged after 30 days.
Updates to this notice
When we change this notice, the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect it. Material changes will be announced in the cookie banner on your next visit.
